Siliguri’s Abahani Chakro Performs Khunti Puja for this Year’s Durga Puja

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 21^st August, 2017: Yesterday Abahani Chakra Sports and Cultural Club, one of the oldest clubs of Siliguri observed their Khunti Puja for their Durga Puja 2017 at Pradhan Nagar. During the Puja the office bearers of the club i.e. the President Mr. Bipin Gupta, Secretary Mr. Chiradip Chakraborty, Treasurer Mr. Rajib Sarkar and most of the club members and their families were present.

This year Abahani Chakra is celebrating its 56^th year of Durga Puja. According to the club officials the theme of this year’s Durga Puja is “Rashi Chakro”. Like the previous years, during the four days of the Durga Puja, there will be cultural programs for entertaining the  pandal visitors.
